Mack Hosseinian has a broad business law practice with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate/commercial law and corporate governance. He has acted as counsel for both issuers and investment dealers on a variety of securities law matters including public offerings and private placements of equity, debt, convertible debt, and structured products. He routinely provides strategic advice to private companies with going-public transactions, including by way of initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and cross-border listings. He has experience assisting clients in a broad range of sectors such as technology, mining, financial services, cannabis and psychedelic medicine.
