Biography description

Jacqueline Rintjema is developing a broad business law practice with a focus on corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She has experience supporting a range of public and private transactions, including private placements and both buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance matters. She has also assisted transportation and logistics clients with regulatory compliance matters.

Jacqueline was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During her articles, she was seconded to the Capital Markets, Global Markets group at Bank of Montreal, where she gained experience supporting several international capital markets regulatory and compliance projects.

During law school, Jacqueline assisted startups with legal and regulatory matters through the University of Toronto Entrepreneurship Hatchery and supported the in-house legal team at a large Toronto hospital.
