Biography description
Jennifer Jeong is developing a diverse business law practice with a focus on corporate law, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. She has supported a range of public and private transactions, including private placements, buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, along with general corporate and commercial matters.
Jennifer was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 after completing her summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP. During her articling term, she was seconded to the Corporate Finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission where she gained valuable insight into regulatory processes and disclosure requirements.
