Counsel to the Agents in TriStar Gold Inc.'s brokered private placement
On June 4, 2026, TriStar Gold Inc. (TSXV: TSG; OTCQB: TSGZF) (the “Company”) completed its “best efforts” brokered private placement of units for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,352,530 (the “Offering”). The Company issued an aggregate of 45,011,000 units at a price of $0.23 per unit. The Offering was led by Stifel Canada as lead agent and sole bookrunner, together with Paradigm Capital Inc. (the “Agents”).
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering to fund exploration and development of the Company’s mineral properties, as well as for general working capital.
