Biography description

Sam Kelley is an associate practicing in the Corporate, M&A and Securities group. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters across a variety of industries including mining, natural resources, technology and real estate. Sam’s experience includes work on buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity financings, structured notes, investment fund formations, corporate governance and general corporate and securities matters.

Sam works closely with clients to provide practical, business-minded solutions tailored to their strategic goals. Having spent seven years studying and working in China, he brings a valuable international perspective to his practice.
