Erika joined Miller Thomson’s Financial Services Group after completing her summer and articling terms with the firm. She advises banks, financial institutions and borrowers on a diverse range of financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border matters, acquisition and real estate financings and asset-based lending, in both syndicated and bilateral structures.
Erika is dedicated to delivering high-quality work and takes a diligent, detail-oriented and practical approach to her practice.
Erika holds both civil law and common law degrees from the Université de Montréal, where she graduated with distinction and was named to the Dean’s Honour List.
