Luc-Antoine Manneh is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services group, recognized for leading domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
He acts for Canadian and international lenders, borrowers, and private equity sponsors, assisting them in structuring and negotiating bilateral and syndicated financings, including asset-based lending, leveraged finance, and subordinated debt.
Luc-Antoine’s practice focuses on delivering practical, execution-driven solutions for time-sensitive and often highly structured transactions, such as acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and strategic refinancings.
