Biography description
Cindy Adams is developing a broad financial services practice. She has advised financial institutions, private lenders, and corporate borrowers on a range of transactions including bilateral and syndicated financings, acquisition financings, restructurings, multijurisdictional and cross-border transactions and real-estate financings. Cindy is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Middlesex Law Association.
