On June 30, 2026, TrueNorth Sustainable Infrastructure Inc. completed its senior secured project financing with The Bank of Nova Scotia, as administrative agent and lender, to support the continued construction, development and operation of its British Columbia data centre platform. This project financing included certain term and constructions facilities, positioning the company for continued growth in the digital infrastructure sector.
