Biography description

Perry is a partner in the Saskatoon office, advising clients on corporate and personal taxation, corporate reorganizations, and estate and succession planning. Drawing on his combined legal and accounting background, as well as his experience as a partner at a preeminent tax boutique, Perry develops and implements sophisticated tax strategies tailored to his clients’ commercial, family, and long-term planning objectives with particular expertise in structuring the tax-efficient sale, transition, and succession of farms and privately held businesses.

Perry is recognized for his ability to distill complex tax and financial matters into clear, practical advice while considering the broader commercial and financial implications of each transaction. He works closely with clients and their professional advisors to identify planning opportunities, assess alternatives, and implement solutions that are technically sound, practical, and commercially effective.
