Perry Kiefer has joined Miller Thomson’s Saskatoon office as a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Tax group.
Perry provides advice on a broad range of tax and legal matters, including corporate tax planning, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and estate planning. His practice focuses on owner-managed and agricultural enterprises, where he supports clients in structuring their affairs to achieve tax efficiency and long-term planning objectives.
He is a sought-after lecturer and presenter, known for communicating complex tax and financial concepts in a clear and practical manner, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
