Jamie Eichenbaum

In relation to mergers and acquisitions work, Jamie is involved in all steps of the transactional process including due diligence, the drafting of related commercial agreements and the handling of various closing matters. He has had the opportunity to assist a wide array of clients with respect to acquisitions, including those operating in the video game and technology industries.

As part of his entertainment law practice, Jamie is often called upon to assist in the handling of the day-to-day legal needs of production companies operating and producing feature films and television shows in Quebec. He also assists clients in the entertainment space with the drafting and implementation of various commercial agreements such as shareholders’ agreements, option agreements and services agreements, amongst others. Jamie routinely works with clients involved in film and television production, virtual reality projects and digital marketing.
