Regent acquires Avon North America from LG H&H, reuniting Avon's global operations

On September 1, 2026, Regent, a global investment firm founded by Michael A. Reinstein and headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, completed its acquisition of The Avon Company (“Avon North America”) from LG H&H Co., Ltd. (KRX: 051900). The transaction reunites Avon North America with Avon’s international operations across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, which Regent acquired from Natura & Co. in January 2026, bringing the 140-year-old brand back under common ownership for the first time since 2016. 

Avon North America is a leading social selling beauty company operating throughout the United States and Canada, with a portfolio of award-winning skincare, colour cosmetics, fragrance and personal care products.
