Arsham Gill, a member of Miller Thomson’s litigation practice group, focuses on commercial and civil litigation, offering practical and efficient dispute resolution services to clients. Arsham has developed valuable skills in drafting pleadings, legal opinions, court applications, and written submissions for a variety of forums.

Arsham has co-authored insightful legal publications. As a volunteer with Student Legal Assistance during his time at the University of Calgary, Arsham has acted as agent and made court appearances on behalf of low income clients for matters of civil disputes, custody agreements, and low level criminal cases.

Arsham is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association, reflecting his commitment to legal professionalism and excellence within the community.
