We assist clients with compliance with foreign regulatory enactments (with a particular emphasis on the regulatory requirements of the United States and administrative law requirements of the European Union) that relate to their activities and have established relationships with foreign legal professions to provide seamless and all-inclusive advice to international regulatory issues.
