Biography description
Harrison Fox is an associate in Miller Thomson LLP’s Restructuring & Insolvency and Financial Services groups, based in Toronto. He maintains a comprehensive corporate practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, special situations, corporate restructurings, and debt financing.
Harrison advises on the full spectrum of M&A transactions, from conventional acquisitions and dispositions to distressed mandates involving credit bids, loan-to-own structures, plans of arrangement, and going-concern sales. He regularly acts for strategic purchasers, vendors, and credit funds in cross-border transactions across diverse industries.
Harrison’s restructuring practice covers both formal, court-supervised proceedings and out-of-court workouts, acting for debtors, senior secured creditors, and court-appointed officers. He also maintains a debt finance practice, advising lenders and borrowers on syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, secured lending, and intercreditor arrangements.
Harrison holds a Juris Doctor from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Western University. He was called to the Bar of Ontario (2024).
