Connor Broude

Biography description

Connor Broude is an associate practicing in the Corporate, M&A and Securities group. His practice focuses primarily on transactional matters with an emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, as well as general corporate governance. Connor’s experience includes acting on go-public transactions, proxy battles, public offerings, private placements, buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, and governance matters relating to public and private companies. Connor acts for clients in a range of industries, including mining, cannabis, technology and healthcare.

Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Connor obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and held positions at a global accounting and consulting firm.
