Petwin Bancorp Inc. has announced that they have acquired Alberta Wilbert Sales Ltd.

Founded in Edmonton in 1967, Alberta Wilbert Sales Ltd is the largest supplier of water and wastewater septic systems, cisterns, lift stations and holding tanks to both residential and commercial customers across Western Canada, with locations in Calgary, Edmonton, and Winnipeg.

Petwin Bancorp Inc. is a diversified investment company with operations in Calgary, Edmonton, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Hawaii.
