ASSA ABLOY acquires Rhinotek Entrance Solutions in Canada

On December 10, 2025, ASSA ABLOY announced that they have acquired Rhinotek Entrance Solutions, a leading distributor and service provider of pedestrian automatic doors and security entrance control solutions.

Rhinotek Entrance Solutions was founded in 2011 and is a respected organization in the pedestrian automatic door and security entrance control industry. Their focus is on sales, installation, and service of swing, sliding, and revolving doors, as well as portals, and turnstiles.

ASSA ABLOY is the global leader in access solutions, providing products and services that secure and control entry to buildings and spaces, from homes and offices to airports and hospitals, including mechanical/smart locks, doors, frames, access control, and automatic entrances.
