Michelle S. Boatter

Michelle is an associate in both the Social Impact and Real Estate groups. Michelle is building a practice serving registered charities, not-for-profit organizations, and other entities in the charitable and tax-exempt sector with various matters, including incorporation, charitable registration, governance, tax and regulatory compliance, and non-profit and affordable housing developments.

Michelle joined Miller Thomson as a summer student in 2021 and concluded her articles with the firm in 2023. Michelle obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Victoria and her Bachelor of Arts with distinction from Simon Fraser University.
