Biography description

Sean is an associate in Miller Thomson LLP’s Corporate M&A and Restructuring & Insolvency Groups. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, governance, compliance, and restructuring.

Sean works with entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and professional corporations across a variety of industries. Having completed his summer and articling terms with the firm, he has experience assisting clients with both day-to-day matters and corporate transactions.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2026. He is also a registered architect in Alberta and enjoys writing and thinking about legal issues, including property rights and the development of the law.
