Biography description
Maxime is a lawyer practising in administrative litigation, with a focus on environmental law and municipal law. She has strong expertise in matters involving complex regulatory issues, including the contestation of orders, applications for stays, and applications for judicial review. She also represents clients before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec and the Québec Court of Appeal.
