Biography description

Katarzyna is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Business Law Group, which she joined after successfully completing her articling with the firm. She earned her law degree from the University of Warsaw in Poland, where she was actively involved in student initiatives, including a legal clinic organized in cooperation with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.

During her studies, she also participated in international exchange programs at Tel Aviv University and the University of Groningen, enriching her understanding of comparative and international law. Upon arriving in Canada, Katarzyna completed her equivalency requirements at McGill University and the Université de Montréal and successfully passed the Quebec Bar exam. She also previously worked at Miller Thomson.

Katarzyna brings a diverse international background that provides her with a global perspective on business law. Her practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.

Outside of work, Katarzyna leads an active lifestyle and enjoys horseback riding and tennis. An avid reader, she is particularly interested in non-fiction, which allows her to further explore contemporary topics such as geopolitics and societal issues.
