Gary Rosen is a partner in the Labour and Employment Group at Miller Thomson’s Montréal office. His practice covers all aspects of employment and traditional labour law matters. His focus on practical solutions benefit his  unionized and non- unionized clients of all sizes across a range of industries. With a proven track record in commercial litigation, Gary navigates complex cases with ease, and his experience includes advising clients in high-profile professional sports disputes and major pay equity files.

With an LLL and LLB from the University of Ottawa, Gary has been an active participant in numerous legal conferences addressing key issues in labour and employment law. He has authored insightful publications that provide valuable insights into Canadian labour and employment law. Through his experience and dedication to the field, Gary consistently delivers exceptional legal advice and outcomes to his clients.
