Jeff Grubb, K.C, practices in the areas of labour and employment law and civil litigation. Jeff provides guidance to employer clients on matters ranging from hiring to dismissal. He also covers matters from union certification applications to addressing human rights and harassment complaints. On the civil litigation side of his practice, Jeff has a unique appreciation and understanding of agricultural and food issues as he owns and operates a grain farm in Saskatchewan. This hands-on experience enhances his ability to understand and assist clients in the Ag and Food sector. In addition to courts and arbitration panels, Jeff has appeared before various administrative tribunals such as the Labour Relations Board and the Municipal Board.

Jeff’s involvement as a past co-chair of Miller Thomson’s Agribusiness & Food specialty group underscores his commitment to and knowledge of the field of food and agriculture. Jeff has also been a board member and leader with a number of businesses and organizations, both within the legal profession and outside. Jeff has been recognized by the Province of Saskatchewan for his significant contribution to society and outstanding achievement.

Jeff is distinguished for his deep industry knowledge and has been recognized in professional directories and publications. Jeff has presented at numerous legal conferences, seminars and webinars. Jeff is also a former coroner who presided over inquest hearings.
