Frank Torchia practices in the area of commercial real estate and brings a practical and business minded approach to complex legal matters. His practice caters to a diverse range of clients and encompasses all areas of real property transactions, including land acquisitions, dispositions, residential and commercial development, leasing, and joint ventures. Frank represents clients in land development matters assisting in the completion of conveyancing work, registration of subdivision and condominium plans, and the completion of unit closings for such projects, as well as the preparation of the disclosure materials and associated agreements of purchase and sale. Frank acts for both borrowers and lenders in the financing of various property, including, mixed-use, retail, commercial, and industrial properties.
