Alexandre began his legal career as a legal assistant at Miller Thomson in spring 2017, supporting the financial services paralegals. His experience includes due diligence and asset-based financing. Now back at Miller Thomson as a paralegal, he specializes in financial services, leveraging his expertise in securities to support major financial institutions. He also collaborates with various practice groups on matters involving personal property security.

An active member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals, Alexandre is dedicated to the professional growth of his community, helping to build a strong network that keeps him updated on legal trends and best practices. He also mentors the Montreal office’s articling and summer students, introducing them to research in real estate security and litigation.

Alexandre holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the Université du Québec à Montréal, a professional diploma in legal secretarial work from the École des métiers de l’informatique, du commerce et de l’administration (ÉMICA), and a law certificate from Université Laval, all of which enhance his practical skills and legal expertise. He is currently pursuing a course in estate administration for paralegals offered by the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP).
