Sarah Langille is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Business Law Group, with a focus on the emerging growth and venture capital areas. She also works in the firm's Private Client Services Group, where she advises clients on a wide range of matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
Sarah’s practice focuses on the following areas:
Corporate: Sarah advises early stage start-up and high growth companies on all legal matters in order to make themselves investment ready. She also provides general business and corporate advice to clients regarding operational and transactional matters.
Estate Planning: Sarah advises clients on estates and succession planning matters. She develops personal relationships with her clients, listening carefully to structure an intelligent and informed wealth transfer strategy.
Sarah completed her articles with Miller Thomson before joining the firm as an associate. She completed her LLM at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017. Prior, she received her LLB from the University of Sussex in 2016 and received her Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2012.
