Biography description

Adam Thompson focuses his practice on the handling of commercial real estate, joint venture and financial transactions, with an emphasis on the creation and rehabilitation of non-market and affordable housing developments, and advising clients in the non-profit, co-operative and affordable housing sector. He has comprehensive experience in guiding a project from conception, acquisition, financing, entitlement, ground-up construction, stabilization and eventual disposition. Adam is also licensed to practice law in California, where he practiced from 2007 until joining Miller Thomson in 2020. For six consecutive years, from 2015 to 2020, he was honoured by Thomson Reuters as a Northern California Super Lawyer “Rising Star.”
