Miller Thomson is pleased to announce that Jason Wang has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Corporate, M&A and Securities Group in Calgary effective immediately.
Jason acts for public and private companies, issuers, underwriters and agents on M&A, equity and debt financings and capital markets matters. He also advises on shareholder activism, governance, continuous disclosure and regulatory compliance. His work includes plans of arrangement, take-over bids, amalgamations, complex reorganizations, private placements and cross-border financings.
Jason is also active in Calgary’s entrepreneurial community through his involvement with a startup organization dedicated to educating and connecting entrepreneurs across its international network.
