On May 10, 2022, Vegvisir Capital (“Vegvisir”) announced the completion of its acquisition of Avant Imaging & Integrated Media Inc. (“AIIM”), a leading provider of omni-channel marketing communications solutions based in Aurora, ON, by way of a share purchase.

Vegvisir is a private equity firm that invests in growing B2B technology companies.
