On June 26, 2025, Kowanetz Farms Ltd. completed the sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares to 10281158 Canada Inc., an affiliate of Farmaira Inc., via a share acquisition.

Kowanetz Farms Ltd. is in the business of crop farming (including ginseng) in Delhi, Ontario. It is a second generation family farm.

Farmaira brings over 70 years of agricultural expertise across Southern Ontario.
