On April 27, 2021, Game On Creative Inc. (“Game On”) closed its sale to PCF Group S.A. (“People Can Fly”), a leading AAA-games developers in Poland and long-term partner of Game On.

Established in 2002, Game On specializes in motion capture, cinematics and audio services for the leading companies in the gaming industry.

Miller Thomson advised Game On in the transaction with a team comprised of Philipp Park, Julien Morier, and Jamie Eichenbaum (Corporate/M&A); Andrew Etcovitch (Corporate Tax); Karen Durell (Intellectual Property); and Lawrence Witt (Labour & Employment).
