On December 29, 2023, Continuum Venture Partners, Inc. completed its cross-border share purchase acquisition of Great Exposure Inc., a Canadian marketing and school management software company.

Based in the US, Continuum Venture Partners is a global investor and acquirer of software businesses across the growth spectrum.
