Certn raises US$50 million in Series B funding

On May 10, 2022, Certn, a Canadian background screening solutions provider, announced the completion of a US$50 million Series B funding round from a group of investors led by B Capital, and comprised of BMO Capital Partners, Tribe, Inovia Capital, Telstra Ventures, Scribble, Moxxie Ventures, and Gaingels Covalent Ventures.

BMO Capital Partners is the investment branch of the Bank of Montreal.
