On December 2, 2025, a wholly owned subsidiary of Capstone Holding Corp. completed its acquisition of Canadian Stone Industries (CSI), a multi-location distributor with approximately $15 million in annual revenue.
Canadian Stone Industries is one of North America’s largest distributors of manufactured and natural stone products, specializing in stone veneer and building components.
Capstone Holding Corp., through its network of subsidiary companies, distributes stone veneer, hardscape materials, and modular masonry systems across 32 U.S. states and has reaffirmed its target of reaching $100 million in run-rate revenue by early 2026.
