Passion Dental Group completes purchase of Dr. Sandra M. Finch Inc.

Counsel to Dr. Sandra M. Finch and Dr. Sandra M. Finch Inc. with respect to the dual asset-and-share sale of the White Rock, BC-based dental practice, Finch Tree Dental.

On February 1, 2026, Dr. Sandra M. Finch Inc. (dba Finch Tree Dental) sold the professional goodwill associated with its dental practice  to D. R. Appoo Dental Corp through an asset transaction, and Dr. Sandra Finch personally sold all of the issued and outstanding shares of Dr. Sandra M. Finch Inc. to Passion Dental Group Inc., operating as PDG Services Inc., to complete a dual asset-and-share transaction.

Finch Tree Dental, is a dental practice based in White Rock, BC.
