On September 1, 2026, Point Grey Medical Clinic Ltd., a division of The Jim Pattison Group, completed its acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of The IV Health Centre Inc. from its shareholders, Robin Szakacs and Felicia Rai (nee Deo).

Located in Vancouver, British Columbia, The IV Health Centre is a full-service wellness centre offering intravenous (IV) therapy, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, registered massage therapy and aesthetic services.

A team led by Darcy Wray, and including Jesse Wray (Associate) and Nora Baterdok (Paralegal) advised Robin Szakacs and Felicia Deo in the transaction.
