Main Capital Partners acquires Trust Arc Inc.
Canadian counsel to Main Capital Partners on its acquisition of TrustArc Inc.
On October 3, 2025, Main Capital Partners (“MCP”), a leading private equity firm based in The Hague and specializing in enterprise software investments, acquired TrustArc Inc. (“TrustArc”), a privacy compliance and data protection technology company that helps organizations manage global privacy regulations.
The acquisition strengthens MCP’s position in mission‑critical enterprise software by adding a leading global privacy compliance platform to its portfolio. TrustArc’s established presence in GDPR, CCPA, and broader data governance markets enhances MCP’s footprint in the rapidly growing privacy sector and aligns with its strategy of building scalable, resilient software groups.
