Biography description

Sean is an associate in Miller Thomson LLP’s Corporate M&A and Restructuring & Insolvency Groups. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, reorganizations, regulatory compliance, and restructuring and insolvency matters.

Sean works with entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and professional corporations across a variety of industries. His practice includes day-to-day corporate and governance matters, commercial transactions, and matters involving financially distressed businesses and assets.

Sean earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2026. Before entering the legal profession, Sean worked in architecture, urban planning, and real estate development. He remains a registered architect in Alberta.
