Muck Rack Acquires Keyhole

Miller Thomson acted as counsel to the shareholders of Keyhole, a social listening and analytics platform, with respect to their sale of Keyhole to MuckRack. The purchase closed on August 31, 2024 and marks Muck Rack’s first acquisition in Canada.

Muck Rack aims to enable organizations to build trust, tell their stories and demonstrate the unique value of earned media. It is a public relations management platform and combines media database, monitoring and reporting for seamless team collaboration, pitching and measurement.
