Josyane Ledoux specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and general commercial law. With passion and dedication, she provides tailored solutions to her clients, assisting them with the various commercial issues they encounter in their daily operations, including the negotiation of commercial contracts.
Josyane also oversees the partnership of the Montreal office of Miller Thomson with La base entrepreneuriale HEC Montréal, a university innovation hub that fosters the next generation of technology and impact entrepreneurs in Quebec. Additionally, she co-chairs the Montreal office’s Women’s Committee.
She holds an LL. B. from the Université de Montréal (2017), a Certificate in Chinese International Legal System from the China University of Political Science and Law (2015), and a Diploma of College Studies in Paralegal Techniques from Collège Ahuntsic (2014).
