Biography description
Yves Dulude’s depth of expertise in administrative, commercial, and real estate law, combined with his business acumen, make him a key ally for clients dealing with complex legal issues. He assists them in making informed and strategic decisions. Recognized nationally, Yves was a partner in a major Montréal law firm for over 35 years. He has centred his practice on representing Crown corporations, oil and mining companies, insurers, as well as franchisers and real estate owners, mobilizing his knowledge of legal and commercial issues to develop effective, tailor-made solutions.
A leading figure in Canada’s legal community, Yves collaborated with both the provincial and federal governments, namely as chief negotiator on Indigenous claims. Specializing in urgent proceedings such as applications for injunctions, he has been involved in over 200 of Quebec’s most important cases. His experience with mining companies has also enabled him to acquire in-depth knowledge of environmental issues and a keen interest in the water sector, reinforcing his role as a strategic and informed advisor to his clients.
