Rochelle has a clear, pragmatic and efficient approach to transactions to assist her clients in meeting their private equity and M&A goals. Rochelle’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance. Rochelle advises on asset and share transactions, investments and restructurings, shareholders and limited partnership arrangements.
Rochelle advises clients across a wide range of sectors, with particular emphasis on private equity funds, technology and software business, e-commerce businesses, services businesses, automotive dealerships and commercial real estate developers.
Rochelle also advises startups and emerging companies and is committed to helping clients navigate legal and business challenges, and build the solid foundation that is required to develop, grow and expand their business.
