Overview

Peter’s primary area of expertise is estate litigation. His clients value his ability to demystify the litigation process and pursue their interests tenaciously and effectively.

Peter’s practice includes will challenges, power of attorney disputes, guardianship applications, dependant support claims, executor removal applications, contested applications to pass accounts, and other estate and trust litigation matters.

Peter was formerly an associate and partner at a boutique law firm, where his practice focused on contentious commercial and estate disputes. He has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation, from the commencement of proceedings to mediation, trial, and appeal.

Peter received his J.D. from Western University in 2015 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.

Peter is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designated by the Society of Estate and Trust Professionals (STEP). The TEP designation is internationally recognized and requires demonstrated expertise in the area of trusts and estates.
