Lori Goldberg practices Construction and Infrastructure Law, with a strong focus on procurement and contracting matters. Lori’s pragmatic approach and direct sector experience, gained during her time as General Counsel to a large construction company, provides her clients with practical advice, guidance, and solutions to resolve or mitigate any issues which may arise throughout the life of a project.

Lori represents various industry stakeholders in connection with negotiating and drafting various construction contracts and agreements, including procurement documents, joint venture agreements, development management agreements, construction contracts, EPCs, and professional services agreements. Lori is also an experienced construction and commercial litigator, and has represented clients in numerous mediation, arbitration, adjudication, and litigation matters.
