Kaleigh is an experienced litigator whose clients appreciate her proactive and pragmatic approach to dispute resolution. She has strong advocacy experience at all levels of court including Superior Court of Justice and Commercial List, Divisional Court, Federal Court and Court of Appeal.

Commercial Litigation: Kaleigh has broad expertise representing clients on business disputes among shareholders and partners, commercial lease disputes, debt recovery, directors’ negligence, professional negligence, and complex contractual disputes.

Insolvency: Kaleigh’s practice includes creditor/debtor disputes and the enforcement of creditors’ rights and security. She has experience working with a wide range of stakeholders in insolvency proceedings.

Intellectual Property: Kaleigh has experience litigating patent and copyright infringement matters involving a wide range of technology and products.
