Biography description

Graeme Kitt is an associate developing a comprehensive business law practice with a focus on real property and corporate finance and structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience assisting on a range of transactions, including buy- and sell-side M&A, corporate governance matters, corporate formation, and general corporate and commercial matters. Graeme approaches his work with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and is committed to supporting clients across the full spectrum of their business needs.

Graeme is actively involved in the firm’s community initiatives, including being a member of the United Way and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre committees. Graeme hold professional memberships with the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.

He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025 after completing his summer and articling terms at Miller Thomson LLP.
