Biography description

Daryn Tyndale is an associate in Miller Thomson’s Labour and Employment Group. She is building her practice in a broad range of labour and employment matters, including wrongful dismissal litigation, labour disputes and grievance arbitration, employment standards, and human rights and accommodation.

Daryn graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. During law school, she volunteered with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association and Artists’ Legal Advice Services and completed a semester abroad at the University of Amsterdam.

Before law school, Daryn worked in communications roles with the Ontario Cabinet Office, the Ontario Museum Association, and an arts marketing agency—experience that informs her practical and thoughtful approach to client service.
