Brittany Hughes is a Corporate Law Clerk at Miller Thomson’s Waterloo office. With varied experience, she assists Ontario and federal corporations and partnerships. Brittany has assisted in transactional work, supporting clients from small startups to large corporations with reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and financing. Prior to joining Miller Thomson, Brittany’s career journey started at a Cambridge law firm, where she honed her skills in corporate maintenance before taking charge of the corporate department at a Waterloo-based firm. Brittany brings a wealth of hands-on experience to every matter she handles.
